These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of whowereach.com and any outbound lead generation services provided by WhoWeReach ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services or submitting a request through this website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use this website or our services.
WhoWeReach provides cold outreach and lead generation services for B2B companies selling recruiting automation software, including prospect sourcing, outreach infrastructure, campaign management, and meeting coordination. The specifics of any engagement — scope, deliverables, and pricing — are set out in our current pricing on this website and confirmed directly with you before work begins.
While we work to deliver qualified meetings as described in our pricing, outreach results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions and how recipients respond. We do not guarantee a specific number of meetings, replies, or sales outcomes beyond what is explicitly committed to in our pricing or a signed agreement with you.
Our services are billed as a flat monthly retainer plus a per-meeting fee, as described in our current pricing. Invoices are due on the schedule agreed at the start of your engagement. If payment isn't received within 4 days of the due date, we may pause active campaigns until the balance is resolved.
To run an effective campaign on your behalf, we need accurate information about your product, ideal customer profile, and availability for meetings, and a reasonably timely response when we need input or approval from you. Delays on your end may affect campaign timelines.
We treat information you share with us about your business as confidential and use it only to deliver our services. We expect the same in return for any non-public information we share with you about our methods or systems.
All copy, sequences, and materials we create as part of your campaign are yours to use once paid for in full. Our internal tools, processes, and infrastructure remain our property.
We don't offer refunds, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. If a campaign's results measurably fall below a prior period's performance, we may, at our discretion, continue working the affected campaign at no additional charge until performance improves. This is something we choose to do to stand behind our work; it is not a guaranteed entitlement and does not obligate us to do so in every case.
Either you or we may end an engagement at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and any fees for work already performed or meetings already booked remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, the country from which WhoWeReach currently operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific client.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
